We were in Houston for a family event. Great grocery store for Kerala items. Fresh fish was our targeted purchase during our visit. It was awesome!!
This place is my go to place for south indian groceries. For whatever reason they stopped carrying Bindu poppadom and I was trying to find a similar one. I found the Viswas brand and the madras style poppadom to be very close to the Bindu poppadom. They have a tandoori powder mix that I used to make tandoori wings. It comes out great every time.
Well, I come here often and now I shop at their highway 6 location. It's a nice place for South Indian stuff and some North Indian grocery. No major complaints and no major shoutouts. I would come here if I wanted to her some Indian stuff that's about it. Good place.
Not too bad. Came here for shallots, frozen coconut, yogurt, fish. They have a wide variety of certain items, such as prepacked spice mixes, Daily Delight frozen snacks, rice, henna for the hair, chilli powder, etc.
Another Indian grocery store I come to often. The location is easily accessible off Highway 90 and there is plenty of parking. The store has all the items you would expect from an Indian store (Indian Spices, Masalas, snacks etc). The owners are very friendly and store is clean. There is South Indian snacks (Nei Appam and Wada) usually made fresh daily. Also one of the only places I can find Tandoor Chef Chicken Tikka Masala line in the frozen section.
